Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, in residential and commercial settings.
  • Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation.
  • Install ductwork and other HVAC components as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their HVAC installation needs.
  • Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and local codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations performed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification from an accredited technical school or completion of an apprenticeship.
  • EPA certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
