Catapult is currently qualifying Foreman Electricians for long-term opportunities in Jacksonville, FL. Our client provides custom power augmentation and energy plant solutions for power generation and utilities, liquefied natural gas (LNG), data center, biopharma and other markets. Their innovative solutions include turbine inlet air chilling, inlet air conditioning (heating and cooling), evaporative cooling, direct contact air chilling, thermal energy storage, district cooling and central utility plants.

Job Summary

The Electrical Foreman will coordinate and work with the team of electricians responsible for installation, wiring and testing of electrical components of chilled water systems. Responsibilities include task assignments, staff training, inspections and technical problem solving. As a leader, the Electrical Foreman will be responsible for ensuring Stellar Energy's highest quality standards are met and that all safety procedures are implemented.

Foreman Electrician Essential Functions:

  • Oversee project and sub-contractor schedules, coordinate shop floor activities and monitor tool certifications, calibrations, etc.
  • Implement and maintain Competent Persons training
  • Oversee and complete quality inspections
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures and issue violations when necessary
  • Seek to identify improved methods of production and safety and be proactive in the implementation
  • Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.
