Northeast Family Services of Illinois, located in Springfield IL, is hiring

We are an established and growing organization with sites in 6 states, specializing in providing therapy services to individuals and families via telehealth, in-person, or in-home. We are currently looking for passionate, growth-oriented clinicians who want to work a flexible schedule and earn competitive pay with performance-based bonuses NFS will work with you to complete credentialing process with Medicaid and private insurance payers.

The Outpatient Therapist will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS policies. If you are a dedicated mental health professional seeking a new or additional opportunity, we are looking for you

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field
  • Licensure in the state of IL (LPC, LSW, MFT; LCPC, LCSW or LMFT) or pending
  • One year of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
