Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAllegiance Staffing is seeking for a Fabricator Foreman for a structural steel fabrication shop Where: Thomasville, NCShift: 1st shift- Monday – Thursday 6a-430p and Friday 6a-330pmPay: $25 DOETemp to HireFabricator Foreman requirements:The day to day duties of the shop foreman will consist of supervising the shop employees, keeping production levels where they need to be, running reports to ensure all materials get loaded and shipped, etc. This position is the link between management and the shop. Candidates should have a working knowledge of structural steel fabrication and experience as a structural steel shop foreman or a steel erection foreman.The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
  • Supervise shop employees to maintain the flow of work
  • keeping production levels where they need to be,
  • running reports to ensure all materials get loaded and shipped
  • Meeting production goals
  • Keeping the shop supplied with all necessary supplies and tools
  • Run reports in Tekla to ensure all materials get fabricated, loaded and shipped
  • QC material before it is painted
  • Complete monthly tool box talks
  • Good attendance and positive attitude are required
  • Ability to work in a close team environment under minimal supervision
  • Must be reliable
