As a Landscaping Foreman at Landscaping Ninjas, you will play a crucial role in leading our dynamic landscaping crew. Your responsibilities include overseeing and actively participating in the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces, specializing in general labor, hardscape installation, and landscape installation. Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and supervise a fast-paced landscaping crew, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality work by paying attention to detail, adhering to established standards, and avoiding shortcuts in landscaping projects.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, contributing ideas and expertise to enhance the overall outcome.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and guidelines to create a secure work environment for yourself and the crew.
  • Task Management: Complete daily tasks efficiently using a smartphone-based time clock system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Training: Participate in team competitions and fun training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the continuous improvement of the crew.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in smartphone usage for daily tasks and time tracking.
  • Physical Strength: Capable of lifting 80lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, able to work 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days a week.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Drug Screening: Must be able to pass a drug screening.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to various job locations.
