Village Green LLC in Tomball, TX is looking for caregivers to join our dynamic team. We are located at 13233 Medical Complex Drive. Our ideal candidate will come in with a positive attitude, open-minded and willing to go above and beyond. Applicants should be self-driven, motivated, able to multi task and must reliable. Seeking to hire for all shifts, must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

A Caregiver supports clients with difficulties completing basic tasks, like people with disabilities, the elderly or patients suffering from mental disorders. Their main duties include administering medications, helping clients complete personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, eating or grooming and following the patients’ prescribed healthcare plan.

  • Assist with clients with everyday activities, to include complete personal care tasks
  • Assist with monitoring care of clients
  • Provide care and support to all clients
  • Maintain clean rooms
  • Assist with kitchen responsibilities preparing meals
  • Assist with managing medication
  • Assist with other essential responsibilities as they arise

Qualifications

  • Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care, preferred
  • Empathy and the ability to care for the client’s social, emotional, physical and mental needs
  • Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
  • The ability to provide care across a variety of settings, including group homes
  • Training will be provided for qualified candidates, CNA & CMA preferred.
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work as a team
