How You Can Help Us:

As the Plumbing Manager, you will oversee our plumbing operations in the Gilbert area, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, coordinating daily field activities and ensuring adherence to all safety and code regulations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage a team of plumbing technicians in residential projects.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Work closely with other managers and departments to coordinate schedules and resources.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and accounted for.
Required Background:
  • C37 or CR37 license is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in residential Plumbing systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
