We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced over-the-road hot shot driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check, and previous experience operating the equipment they will use.

 

We are currently seeking applicant wanting to join our LEASE ON PROGRAM or DRIVER HIRE PROGRAM. 

 

APPLICANTS SEEKING OUR MC LEASE ON PROGRAM will be required to have their own Equipment, Insurance, and meet all qualifications. 

 

APPLICANTS SEEKING OUR DRIVER HIRE PROGRAM will only need to meet the driver qualifications, equipment will be provided.  

 

PLEASE SELECT MC LEASE ON or DRIVER HIRE when completing application for which opportunity you are interested in. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate vehicle and any attached equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Navigate to pickups and drop-offs in a timely fashion
  • Obtain signatures on all associated paperwork
  • Take pictures throughout the transportation of property
  • Properly manage an ELD in coherence with DOT outlined rulesets
  • Work directly with our dispatcher to communicate available space in the truck, arrival times, and current location
  • Responsible for own accommodations for sleep while on the road

This position is over-the-road, requiring the driver to be away from home overnight for several days a week. The driver will need to be prepared for long hours on the road and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules. Ideal schedule will be 2 consecutive weeks on and 1 week off. 

Qualifications:

  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Previous experience operating the equipment being used
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
  • Must pass a 5 panel drug test
  • Must have DOT Med Card
  • Must have minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience
