Compensation:$90,000+
Responsibilities:- Stay abreast of industry standards, rates, coverages, insurance products, policies, and carriers through regular communication with industry partners to effectively assist clients.
- Engage with warm leads provided by our team and conduct telesales to promote mortgage protection coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate enduring client relationships.
- Deliver virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Manage client accounts and sales pipelines, tracking progress and meeting sales targets.
- No prior industry experience is required; we offer comprehensive training.
- Preference for candidates with a background in sales or customer service.
- This position is commission-only.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and diversity.
- Ability to work independently, and effectively manage time and schedule.
- Hold an active insurance license in your state or be willing to obtain one.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills are essential.
