Job Description

  • Accurately enter data into State systems
  • Complete attendance request outreach efforts (internship sites, businesses, or clients).
  • Verify attendance and participation documents
  • Create reports, complete basic data analysis, and offer recommendations to Operations Supervisor and team (including data gathering via the computer system, attendance and participation documents, or other available information)
  • Maintains precise record of attendance and provide summary reports of activity
  • Preform quality analysis of scanned document, ensure accuracy and readability of records, and save in the correct file location following State handbook guidelines and scan codes 
  • Spot check to make sure documents and files are under the correct code; scan and validate documents
  • Develop and communicate best practices to Operations Supervisor and team through written workflows or small unit trainings
  • Promptly answers incoming calls and respond to voice messages within 24 hours of receipt
  • Other duties as assigned that support operational or administrative work flows
Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED. 1-2 years clerical experience in an office setting preferred; additional education not required but desirable
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requires good organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professional
  • Must have professional oral and written communication skills; good grammar, spelling and typing skills
  • Must be able to handle sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality
