Resort Server

Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is seeking experienced, dedicated Servers to fill a full-time or part-time position. Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa has serving opportunities in multiple outlets: Café Zermatt as well as Z's Steak & Chop Haus.

• Must be flexible with schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Set up dining room and expo work areas in a timely, through and consistent manner.
• Maintain a neat, efficient work area during service.
• Maintain knowledgeable command of menu items and product offerings as well as resort general information.
• Clean up, break down and re-set work stations and dining room after completion of shift.
• Must be able to work well with other team members and learn quickly while handling pressure/stress
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift at least 15lbs.

Zermatt is a beautiful, luxurious resort which offers excellent F&B advancement opportunities for qualified team members. Previous experience as a Server is strongly preferred. Must be at least 19 years of age to apply for serving positions. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah food handler permit & Utah alcohol server permit (for applicants over 21 years of age).
