Experienced Wood Framer

Job Description:

• Working knowledge of general carpentry skills
• Minimum of 5 years experience in wood framing
• Proficient Knowledge of Tape Measure Readings
• Experience and Knowledge of operating hand tools
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
• Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties
• Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up
• Ensure safe work environment
• Interact professionally with coworkers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors
• Other maintenance duties that arise

• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Tape Measure Proficient
• Positive, Can-do Attitude
• Open to direct instruction
• Flexibility for changing tasks and assignments
• Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training
• Knowledge of Hand Tools
• MUST HAVE Reliable Transportation and VALID ID
