- Decorating, improvements and curb appeal
- Coordinating, scheduling, completing required forms and paperwork, meeting deadlines
- Dwelling inspections
- Pest management
The ideal candidate is proficient with computers, presents a professional appearance, is both personally and professionally organized, a great communicator, a team player, and has a "Can Do" attitude. We need a person that has energy and initiative with follow-through. The ability to work with minimal supervision is a must.
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who are certified in Public Housing Management with property management experience.

We are offering full-time employment, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with excellent benefits.
This position may have occasional after-hours phone calls or the need to respond to a problem.

A valid Drivers License and the ability to lift 20 lbs. is required for this position.
