Payroll/Accounting Specialist - Harleysville, PA

Peaceful Living is seeking a Payroll/Accounting Specialist. This position will work to support the Finance Department by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of various functions within the departments. This includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of employee bi-weekly payroll.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process employee payroll, bi-weekly using ISolve and MITC
  • Process new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with open enrollment activities with support from the insurance broker.
  • Process 403b payroll contributions.
  • Inputting new hire information into MITC and Isolve.
  • Updating ISolve with position, location, and salary changes.
  • Serves as back up to Billing Specialist
  • Serves as back up to Accounting Clerk

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, and payroll.
