Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur growing client in North Canton has been an assembler and distributor of quality components for aerospace and industrial applications since 1977. They are seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company as they implement changes towards growing their business.Our client will provide role-specific training. All employees are eligible for the company’s benefits, including the profit-sharing program, which is paid out annually at the end of the year based on company performance. There is NO cold calling.Duties of the Sales and Customer Support Specialist include:
  • Providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers
  • Entering orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with customers on status changes.
  • Onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation to set Specialty Hose up as a vendor.
  • Answering the phone to support sales and customer service.
  • Backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace.
  • Facilitating customer documentation requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting and collaborating on marketing and business development efforts.

  • Good computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • A willingness to pitch in where necessary.
  • A strong desire to succeed.
Desired, but not required:
  • Knowledge of or a strong affinity for the aviation and aerospace industries
  • Experience with an ERP data system
Education:
  • Must have a high school degree.
  • College degree or advanced business training welcome
