POSITION SUMMARY

Must always supply machines with proper color and resin, Make proper color changes. Calibrate all blender unites as required. Use freight elevator to convey boxed resin as necessary. Perform preventative maintenance on blender units as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Must provide quality workmanship in the transfer of resin to the machines with constant attention to productivity and industrial safety and housekeeping.

POSITION QUALIFICIATIONS

Able to lift and or move up to 30 lbs., some mechanical skills, forklift qualified. Reasonably good in math. Must have normal color vision. Capability of performing in physical atmosphere; some knowledge of vacuum systems; knowledge of different thermoplastic resins, must read Bill of Materials; good communicator; use of industrial safety standards. Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crawl. Employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Frequently exposed to conditions typically found in a manufacturing plant: noise, dust, heat, and chemicals.
