We offer a stimulating and inspiring work environment where our employees are recognized for their efforts and achievements and are mentored for professional growth.
We are currently seeking an ICC-certified Special Inspector for our office in the Greenville, SC metropolitan statistical area (MSA). Work is generally performed unsupervised (i.e. employee is in the field as the Company’s representative) but under the direction of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Education:
- ICC Certifications in one or more of the following disciplines are preferred: Soils, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, and Fireproofing (preferred candidate would have all 5 certifications, but all are not absolutely required)
- ACI Level I (minimum) for concrete sampling/testing, or the ability to secure such

- 401K retirement with company matching of 50% on the first 6% of employee contributions
- Wellness program with incentives

NOVA’s services span the complete life of a project; from the planning and design stages through construction and operation, to repair or redevelopment. Our clients receive a practical knowledge and understanding of a variety of construction related problems; ensuring the performance, integrity, and durability of various building components and systems. Our goal is to instill confidence in project teams that their construction practices and materials meet project specifications, and will reduce future maintenance and repair costs. Our services help to conserve budget and schedule magnitudes by reducing change orders and RFI’s during construction. We provide information useful to determine capital reserve budgets for maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or purchase of existing buildings.
