Responsibilities:
• Oversee an Outpatient PHP IOP OP Treatment Center • Supervise Counselors and Provide Weekly Supervision to Clinical Team • Work Directly with Medical Team • Collaborate with Outside Referral Agencies • Collaborate Directly with Delaware County Courts, Probation, and Parole • Oversee Recovery Support Services • Maintain All Clinical Services and Daily Operations of the Treatment Facility • Maintain All Licensures and Certifications • Oversee Administrative Positions • Coordinate with Other MVP Facilities

• Hire, supervise, and manage facility staff
• Maintain clinical records and facilitate audits
• Oversee state, county, and other stakeholder inspections/audits
• Billing and financial management of facility

Requirements:
• LCSW and/or LPC • Minimum 3 years supervisory/director experience • Proficiency in evidence-based practices • Organized with good time management • Knowledgeable in Medicaid regulations • Proficient in DDAP regulations • Knowledgeable in joint accreditation certifications • Experience working with the criminal justice population • Familiarity with Medicaid-assisted treatment • Strong communicator with leadership skills

• Proficient in commercial insurance payors
