We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, coupled with excellent problem-solving, analytic-thinking, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members.


Role and Responsibilities


• Project Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Execution and Monitoring: Assist in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment towards project goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities as necessary, while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports and presentations.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Required skills/abilities


  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
  • Previous experience or internships in project management or related fields is advantageous but not required.


Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
