Responsibilities
- Keep the entire dealership in clean and orderly condition.
- Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
- Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.
- Empty trash and garbage containers.
- Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience
- Positive attitude
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
- Valid driver's license
