Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAllegiance Staffing Greensboro is seeking for PT Hostess / Server for the Winston Salem area:Positions details:
  • Pay Rate- $13.00 per hour
  • Shift: 5a – 11am
  • Part Time consists of 3 to 4 days a week Guaranteed, plus if needed associates will be called in.

Requirements for PT Hostess / Server position:
  • A Server's job is to attend to diners before, during, and after their meals by assisting them in placing, receiving, and paying for their orders
  • They also ensure that food and beverages are delivered on time by periodically checking on their tables throughout the service time
  • Take reservations, greet members and their guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort members and their guests to the dining and bar areas
  • Requires strong organizational and people skills to ensure our members and their guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive till their departure
  • Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
  • Hands-on experience in cashier duties
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Responsible and trustworthy
Qualifications for PT Hostess / Server position:
  • Be able to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary
  • Be self-motivated
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Willing to help out where needed, including helping wash dishes
  • Must complete hiring process
  • Must meet background requirements
  • Must complete Drug screening
  • Must be able to interview with client
