This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are typically Mon-Fri and may vary between 7 AM-5 PM. Overtime is possible depending on the current workload. The majority of jobs are in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area.
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $30 - $40 per hour. Hourly Wages will be based on previous experience.

$30 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:This position involves completing the work and leading, directing, and training the team. We are hiring for full-time work, year-round. Pay will be based on experience in the field. There will be many opportunities for growth within the company.
Duties Include:
- Lead person on the job site and must oversee all crew
- Order materials that are needed to keep the job going
- Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline
- Approve crew daily time punches
- Experience with roof and floor trusses
- Experience with remodeling homes
- Performing tasks assigned involving physical labor at construction sites
- Operating hand and power tools of all types
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Understanding blueprints and able to execute design
- Leading and assisting team members
- Have NO fear of heights
- Must follow all safety rules and procedures
- Lifting up to 50 lbs+
- Working on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in All weather conditions
- Must have a valid Driver's License and have transportation to the job site
- 3 or more years of residential construction experience
- Knowledge of all systems involved during a remodel or building project
- Experience leading a construction crew of 2 or more
- Management Experience (Preferred)
- Must clear driver background check to drive company vehicles
