Mozaic is currently seeking a Seasonal Lawn Crew Leader to oversee all members of the lawn crew throughout the county. The responsibilities of this role include conducting training sessions, performing quality control site visits, and managing the inventory and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, machinery, and supplies used by the lawn crew.
Lawn Crew Leader Required Experience:
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- One (1) year experience managing contracted services
- One (1) year lawn experience is a must
Lawn Crew Leader Required Education:
-High School diploma or GED Certificate Preferred
Lawn Crew Leader Other Requirements:
-Valid and acceptable NYS Driver's License
- Ability to work effectively in a group setting
- Attention to detail
Lawn Crew Leader Hours:
Monday - Friday 35 to 40 hours/week Seasonal
Prevailing Wage Rates Apply for Certain Locations or Contracts
