As a Resident Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and support to our residents, helping them live life to the fullest while maintaining their independence. You will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and medication reminders.
  • Foster meaningful connections with residents through engaging interactions and attentive, empathetic care.
  • Support a vibrant and stimulating community by assisting with recreational activities, events, and outings.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and infection control.

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to senior care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification a plus.
  • Prior experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
