Other key areas of focus will include managing and optimizing website merchandising, assisting with seasonal forecasting, and bringing to life key seasonal and commercial growth opportunities. You will lead the strategic initiatives on Kizik.com, focusing on A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and recommending data-driven improvements. Additionally, you will execute promotional campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Execute the overall e-commerce strategy, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth & profitability
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage the e-commerce calendar, key stories, and moments throughout the year.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, product launches, and special offers.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to drive commercial assortment decisions
2. Site Merchandising & Website Experience:
  • Manage and optimize product listings, categories, and site navigation to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve product visibility.
  • Ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey from browsing to purchase, focusing on delivering exceptional service, addressing customer needs, and exceeding expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and product assortment to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee the overall site experience, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with the brand.
  • Continuously improve the site design and functionality based on user feedback and analytics.
3.SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
4.Manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue optimization
  • Leverage and manage external partnerships to conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making
5.Technology and Platform Management:
  • Manage the day-to-day e-commerce platform, ensuring it is optimized for performance, user experience, and scalability.
  • Work with IT and external partners to implement new technologies and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations, including data privacy, consumer protection, ADA compliance, and payment security
6.Qualifications:
  • Proven success in driving e-commerce growth and revenue generation using strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong working knowledge in merchandise planning, forecasting, & P&L management
  • Champion a customer-centric approach in all e-commerce initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practices, user experience (UX) design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external brand partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
