Job Description

The Scheduler/Coordinator manages caregivers and elder clients by providing schedules in compliance with each client’s care plan and the qualifications and availability of each caregiver. The scheduler ensures continuity between the right caregiver and the client by answering calls, resolving scheduling concerns and ensuring the client’s needs are met. The scheduler position is fast-paced and customer service driven. The ideal candidate must be self-directed, organized, possess excellent communication skills, and able to multi-task all while documenting detailed notes throughout all transactions to be consistent and clear.

Work hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Salary commiserates with experience

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient
  • 2 years of experience scheduling in a health care related field; preferably home care
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly, autonomously and as a team player
  • Ability to commute to the office located in Marion, Ma
