Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of education, curriculum, and activities for our students. You will make sure the teachers are implementing the curriculum and activities from the premade lesson plans created by the corporate office, ensure compliance within classrooms with the program review, and help train staff on classroom management and curriculum. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of child development and education, and can work well with staff and families alike to ensure educational, fun activities from the curriculum are taught year-round.

Responsibilities
  • Organize programs and lesson plans for students under your supervision
  • Utilize programs that meet state minimums and standards
  • Order and manage supplies for classrooms based on chosen curriculum standards
  • Train staff based on chosen curriculum and program guidelines
Qualifications
  • Meet state-specific guidelines and hold any applicable certifications
  • Experience previously working directly with children
  • Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and families to ensure a positive learning experience
  • 18 years and older
  • CDA a MUST
