Scaffold Builder

1 Resource Group is currently hiring experienced Scaffold Builders to join our team. As a leading construction company in the Holly Springs, NC area, our client specialize in providing high-quality scaffold solutions to clients. The Scaffold Builder will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and industry standards.

Scaffold Job Description:
Erects, Modifies, and Dismantles scaffold material as part of a new construction effort

Basic Job Requirements:
• Previous scaffold experience, system scaffold experience preferred.
• Erect scaffold consisting of standard verticals, ledger horizontals, toe-boards, mid-rails, hand-rails, and system decking
• May be required to install debris netting where required
• Material handling by hand and with use of forklift or telehandler
• Secures scaffold in accordance with OSHA standards
• Adheres to client's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Experience with inspecting scaffolds for hazards

Tools:
Employee required to bring individual tool belt, hammer, and adjustable wrench

Pay $27/hr (+ $2/hr night shift differential)

Per diem: $85 per days worked

Requirements

Qualifications:
* 4 plus years of experience in scaffolding (preferred)
* Forklift certification is a plus
* Ability to pass a post offer drug/alcohol screen
* Ability to base 7yrs background check
* Complete site orientation
* Will require OSHA 10 training
* Posses steel toe boots, long pants, and long sleeved shirts for work requirements – other PPE will be provide

Leads day shift ($27.00) +$2.00 with NCCR

Leads night shift ($29.00) +$2.00 with NCCR

Builder's day shift ($24.00)

Builder's night shift($26.00)

Helper's day shift ($19.50)

helper's night shift ($21.50)

with 85.00 per day worked per diem.
