This is a PART TIME position. Hours vary based of events. Weekends are a must. would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Chestnut Mountain Resort 365 days of fun includes 60 acres of lift-accessible terrain for Skiing and Snowboarding, Farside Terrain Park, Farside Downhill Mountain Bike Park, Cross Country Mountain Bike Trails, Alpine Slide, Soar Eagle Zipline, Mississippi River Cruises, Disc Golf, Mini Golf and Sunset Dinners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparing and setting up for guests
2. Communicate with dining room and kitchen personnel.
3. Take food and drink to tables
4. Ensure all items served accurately.
5. Be able to follow orders of the banquet supervisor.
6. Observe customers to ensure satisfaction.
7. Clean up after guests
8. Some break down of the room
9. Assist bus people and host/hostess.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Current state Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain.
2. Current BASSET certification or willingness to obtain.
