Summary: Embark on a pivotal role as the Bar and Cocktail Program Manager at our esteemed upscale casual restaurant in Quakertown, PA. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our beverage program with finesse, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the bar experience and elevate our cocktail offerings to new heights.


Description: As the Bar and Cocktail Program Manager, you will spearhead all aspects of our beverage program, from crafting innovative cocktail menus to overseeing bar operations with precision. Your role will involve developing signature drink recipes, conducting inventory management, training bar staff on mixology techniques, and ensuring a seamless flow of service at the bar. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience and setting a high standard for beverage service.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a managerial role within a high-end bar or restaurant setting
  • In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends
  • Proven track record of developing successful cocktail programs that drive revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team of bartenders
