Job Title: Operations Leader

Job Position Description: We are looking for a full-time onsite Operations Leader that will serve as an active member of the Company Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 culminative years of relative experience in Job Shop, Repetitive and Discreet manufacturing and 8 years in operations management. Gear Manufacturing experience a plus. The Operations Leader must be a results-oriented, team player with a demonstrated commitment to the company's core values, ensuring our largest group of employees is engaged and working effectively together.

Location: Croix Gear is located in Hudson, WI along the St. Croix River and the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. We are just 15 minutes east of St. Paul, MN and 30 minutes east of Minneapolis, MN and is part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
