Job Summary

The Evening Supervisor/Culture Specialist role at Oh My Cupcakes supports a mission- and vision-focused team of passionate brand ambassadors and concierges who serve as the front-facing embodiment of Oh My Cupcakes

This full-time position will work 5 days per week, 8-5pm, occasionally 6-2:30pm. Every other Saturday.

The A-player candidate cultivates and inspires a culture where every team member exudes a profound understanding of company values and philosophies and actively coaches their team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Full-time hours available for the right person.

The Evening Supervisor/Culture Specialist leads with their footprints, fostering a collaborative environment where their team is equipped in real time with knowledge and skills to engage guests with excellence. Uplifting the brand and their team simultaneously, the Evening Supervisor/Culture Specialist ensures consistency among all interactions.

The goal: creating a sense of joy and delight in every experience and interaction.

Job Title: Evening Supervisor/Culture Specialist

Pay: $14 - $17 Based on Experience.

Perks: Shared Tip Pool based on hours worked, Discounts on cupcakes and merchandise, 3% company match on retirement contributions

Job Requirements

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of and lead with the Oh My Cupcakes Code of Honor and Accountability Ladder.
  • Develop weekly work schedules for Sales Team (Ambassador and Concierges) while ensuring two weeks or more are scheduled out at all times.
  • Develop and maintain thorough training guides and quiz opportunities for ongoing training that align with company values and best-practice standards of excellence.
  • Provide clear, direct, and kind feedback to Sales Team.
  • Coordinate and conduct quarterly scorecard evaluations for Ambassadors and Concierges to gauge KPI-based performance and offer feedback.
  • Lead (or co-lead) periodic meetings for Ambassadors and Concierge team with a focus on clear communication of promotions, sales initiatives, and best practices.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and concierges, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen team and Operations to ensure clear channels of communication are bridged throughout each facet of the organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote the Oh My Cupcakes Brand through targeted sales initiatives and event promotion.
  • Provide organizational and admin support as needed.

Additional Duties

  • Consistently complete weekly personal/professional development training as assigned.
  • Do a monthly scorecard check-in with direct supervisor
  • Attend core team, concierge and ambassador meetings as needed to align on strategies.
  • Provide support by covering shifts in store and occasionally, at off-site events.
  • Assist with deliveries/set-ups, answer the phone and be a presence on the shop floor as required.
