All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position: May Packager

A Mat Packager is responsible for checking finished mats to ensure quality and order matching before preparing them for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine finished mats for size, quality and to ensure they are matched with correct ticket
• Prepare mats for shipment and place in boxes
• Utilize a handheld scanner and computer program to ensure package is delivered with the correct specifications
• Assist UVP Operators as needed
• Assist other departments as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to utilize handheld scanner
• Basic computer skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers
