Fulfillment Associate - Cannabis Company

Pincanna is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, retail locations in Kalkaska, East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Pinconning and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you are responsible for accurately pulling sales orders and preparing them for check out, verifying the accuracy of product type, METRC ID and quantity. Fulfillment Associates also assist the Inventory Manager in keeping inventory compliant and well-organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pulling sales orders and preparing them for checkout, ensuring the correct product type, quantity and METRC ID is being pulled
  • Conducting inventory counts and tracking inventory
  • Organizing the fulfillment area
  • Assisting with bringing in inventory to Cova POS and METRC
  • Cleaning up all work areas and equipment at the end of every day
  • Work efficiently and foster a positive environment.
  • Regular and punctual attendance and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

*Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a regulated cannabis distribution center preferred.
  • Knowledge of the METRC system is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Perfectionist mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment while remaining calm and organized.
