Position Overview: We are actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our professional team. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers an excellent chance to work in the serene Adirondack Mountains at our state-of-the-art, recently opened facility in Lowville, NY. The schedule entails 7 am to 3 pm with a 1:3 call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits: Delphi Healthcare operates on a partnership track, and our providers are remunerated through a productivity-based compensation system. On average, our Anesthesiologists earn between $550,000 to $650,000 (W2) annually, with outstanding benefits. This is a 42-week per year position, providing a work-life balance unique to our rural location.

Additional Earning Opportunity: Take advantage of extra earning potential with additional shifts available for those interested in maximizing their income.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certification or eligibility.
  • Active medical license in New York state.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and community service.
  • Willingness to embrace work-life balance through participation in outdoor activities and hiking.
