ROLE:

As an Operations Manager at Chiro 1st, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing the operations across multiple clinic locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each clinic delivers exceptional patient care and consistent service quality while achieving key performance metrics. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and an ability to maintain high standards across all locations.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, guide clinic teams, implement process improvements, and ensure that all locations are aligned with Chiro 1st’s mission and core values. You’ll work closely with clinic directors and other key stakeholders to enhance the overall patient experience, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Multi-Location Leadership: Lead and support clinic teams to deliver exceptional service, maintaining consistency and excellence across all locations.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that optimize clinic performance, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance efficiency.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as patient retention, appointment adherence, and revenue targets, to drive clinic success.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor clinic managers and staff, ensuring that they embody Chiro 1st’s core values and deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and execute strategies to streamline operations, improve patient care workflows, and enhance the overall patient journey.
  • Problem Solving and Crisis Management: Address operational challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to clinic operations and patient care.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure financial health across all clinics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or multi-location environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams across different sites.
  • Experience with performance management and KPI analysis to drive business success.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs that improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, patients, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.

RESULTS:

  • Consistent service and experience standards are maintained across all clinic locations.
  • Key performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, appointment adherence, and revenue targets, are achieved.
