WeCare at Rolling Meadows is actively seeking a motivated Floor Care Technician for our community in Waynesburg, PA.  

Key Responsibilities
·       Complete work requisition orders as needed.·       Preform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures.·       Set up equipment and supplies.·       Moves furniture to and from resident’s rooms or other areas·       Dust mops floors, washes baseboards, wet mop floors.·       Buffs floors and restrooms.·       Scrubs floor using scrubbing machine.·       Ensures a safe environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
·       Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent·       Ability to operate all equipment in a safe manor.·       Ability to interact and communicate with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.·       Previous experience within a care facility·       Ability to work independently or in a group.·       Basic understanding of following step by step procedures.     Must have experience operating Commercial Floor Stripper
