What are we looking for?
The Intermediate Delivery Manager works directly with public health professionals, data analysts, project coordinators, and developers to ensure satisfactory overall delivery of project work to clients and senior stakeholders.
Fun stuff you will do on the job:
• Lead and manage complex health IT programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of IT projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure program objectives are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing effective strategies to address potential challenges and minimize disruptions.
• Supervise and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and data security.

• Monitor program progress through metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the development of strategic IT initiatives and long-term planning to advance the organization’s IT capabilities and objectives.
This is you:
• 10+ years of leading complex, client-focused IT delivery projects
• Experience supporting public health IT projects
• Knowledge of public health data and related privacy requirements (HIPPA, PII, etc.)
You will wow us even more if you have these skills:
• Tribal experience
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Education & Training:
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP preferred

- Quality: Do things right and do the right thing. Pursue excellence in your work by delivering quality services and products that provide high value and return on investment (ROI).
- Teamwork: Work with each other, the customer, and DRT. Demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively to help others and share information.
- Customer Mission Focused: Commit to customer success and strive to exceed expectations by understanding the mission, executing the customer's vision, and solving challenges to drive results and achieve mission goals. Please be aware that at the time a date is determined to return to the worksite, the requirement of this position may be to report in person to the work location.
