Director of Field Operations

What The Position is About:

• Oversee the production staff (including project managers and subcontractor crews) and customer service team to ensure operations targets and goals are achieved
• Recruit, hire, and train personnel in the production department
• Create job schedules and order materials
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
• Review proposals and contracts to ensure proper measurements, correct pricing and order accuracy
• Coordinate with all vendors to ensure proper delivery schedules for timely installations
• Ensure subcontracting crews are completing their responsibilities on schedule with an emphasis on quality that meets exceeds customer expectations
• 60/40 office vs field time

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven production leadership experience within the home improvement industry
• Exteriors experience is required
• The ability to hold others accountable while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
