Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze skills and experiences to create employment opportunities.
- Network at community events and business meetings to foster relationships with employers.
- Support job seekers with workshops, job fairs, resume building, and interview preparation.
Requirements:
• Associates degree and two-plus years of job development/placement experience, or equivalent.
• Passion for community service and helping others achieve their career goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting wage of $22.19/hour, with potential increases based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life insurance, and 401(k) with match.
- Rapid PTO accrual, reaching 4 weeks in your first year, plus 12 paid holidays annually.
