Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to join our Operations team As the Housekeeping Inspector, you will be ensuring that the Housekeeping team members are achieving the highest level of cleanliness and maintaining consistent standards in line with 4 Diamond Service expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting rooms and public areas on a daily basis
• Ensuring all rooms, guest corridors, and work areas are cleaned on a daily basis
• Train new Housekeeping team members according to 4 Diamond Service expectations
• Coordinate Housekeeping work with other departments such as Engineering, Food and Beverage, or Front Office
• Assisting with and performing cleaning projects when needed
• Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned
• Hours 12PM-9PM

Qualifications:

• Prior Housekeeping experience, preferably at a 4 Diamond property
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Keen eye for quality standards
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including being able to work holidays and weekends
