Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $30+ per hour

Up to $5,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate.

Here is what working as a Lead Fleet Mechanic at Riverside Services will entail:

• Taking pride in performing maintenance for heavy equipment, including trucks, trailers, skid steers, wheel loaders, two/four stroke small engine equipment, and more

• Feeling a sense of achievement after repairing lawn care and commercial snow equipment

• Enjoying the challenge of diagnosing and repairing diesel equipment and heavy construction equipment issues

• Being part of a positive team culture

We ask that you have these qualifications:

• Experience in the landscape industry required

• Driver’s license

• Ability to obtain a DOT card

• Ability to drive and maneuver large trucks, trailers, and equipment

• Ability to work in harsh conditions during winter weather events

• Your own tools

• Electrical diagnostic experience

• Three years of automotive, HD truck, or equipment repair fields experience

• Welding and fabrication experience (preferred)

• Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese and English (preferred)
