Job Description- Sample preparations, distribution and data collection for forced degradation studies
- Perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development, which may include peptide mapping, oligosaccharide mapping or other routine methods
- Conduct analysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department
- Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualification
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 0-2 years of experience in a related lab setting or a master's degree
- Experience with LC-MS is required
- Familiarity with protein biochemistry and general protein biochemical techniques involving HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, mass spectrometry are helpful
- Authorization for employment in the United States
Additional Information
Position is full-time, the role is 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm . Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
