Centrex Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a licensed COTA to work on-call at our long-term care center located in Eagle, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have some weekday availability. 

Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. Our focus on clinical development and quality care sets us apart from the rest.

This position and location is eligible for:

  • Competitive base pay rate at $37 per hour
