Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team and customer safety by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service for retail and wholesale customers.
  • Build and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and business results.
  • Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
  • Partner with HR in hiring, development, coaching, and termination processes.
  • Drive sales and identify new customers and revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory management, expenses, scheduling, and cleanliness of the store.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to establish business plans and budgets.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure they represent the company positively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 3 years of managerial experience in retail or auto parts preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video conferencing tools.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and self-motivation.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit quotas.
  • Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of operational issues.
  • Flexibility, integrity, and professionalism in handling responsibilities.
