As a full-time Automotive Transmission Technician, you will work onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy your evenings and weekends off while maintaining a stable, predictable work schedule.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in transmission rebuilding (the more experience, the better)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Your own tools

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TRANSMISSION TECHNICIAN

Your day will start with a team meeting to outline the tasks for the day. You will be responsible for diagnosing transmission issues and performing rebuilding tasks to ensure vehicles are in top condition. Throughout the day, you will oversee and guide team members, ensuring efficient and high-quality work. You will interact with customers, providing clear and straightforward communication about their vehicle's status.
