Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Department: Pharmacy and Therapeutics

Schedule/Hours: As required

Job Summary:

Provides clinical insights and pharmaceutical services to Capital Health Plan members and staff. Serves as a pharmaceutical resource for all internal departments within the organization. Assists in oversight of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) for formulary management, claims processing, regulatory requirements, audits and other operational functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Doctoral degree (Pharm. D.) and a registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida. At least two years' experience in a managed care pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting is preferred. Valid Florida drivers' license. Must travel within the service area. Consultant Pharmacist designation desired.
