In-Home Nanny

We are looking to hire a part-time in-home Caregiver to provide services for our adult daughter in the Tallahassee, FL area. Are you caring, empathetic, and dependable? Would you like the opportunity to work for a client that offers flexible scheduling during the afternoons, evenings, and weekends as well as during the summer? This is an ideal position for college students who may be more available during the summer.

This caregiving position earns a starting wage of $20 per hour, with the potential for pay increases in the future.

In this respite care position, you provide one-on-one cheerful companionship for our single adult female daughter. In addition, you will sometimes do light housekeeping, laundry, or make dinner. You have a positive attitude, are a good decision-maker, and are fast on your feet.

You provide these caregiving services during the afternoon, evening, or weekend. In the future, some overnight shifts will be expected. Your patience and kindness are central to your ability to provide exceptional care and companionship.

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time position typically works a flexible schedule of around 10 - 20 hours/week. We will work around your school schedule as much as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IN-HOME CAREGIVER / HOME HEALTH AIDE

● 1 year or more of college or currently in college

● Experience as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is helpful but not required

● Physically agile with a knack for physical activities

● Kind and empathetic while maintaining professionalism and maturity

● Have reliable transportation

● Energetic and enjoys being active and moving around

● Extremely dependable

● A good decision-maker who displays a calm demeanor and handles stress well

● Able to swim and be comfortable with dogs

In the past letters of recommendation have been provided to successful individuals as they pursue future careers and graduate programs which include many different disciplines, such as teaching, music, nursing, and business.
