Legal Process Engineer

Their team of skilled attorneys tackles a wide range of legal matters, from complex litigation to corporate transactions. They are known for their innovative approach, leveraging technology to deliver exceptional client service and achieve the best possible outcomes. This national firm is searching for a Legal Process Engineer (LPE) to consult with attorneys and departments on legal project management, technology solutions, and process improvement. This role is for Chattanooga, TN, but can also be located near an office in one of the following states: AL, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX, VA.
You'll be the go-to person for:
- Implementing the firm's project management and case management systems.
- Identifying opportunities to integrate technology tools and streamline workflows.
- Developing innovative solutions and supporting practice groups in achieving their goals.
- Assisting with budgeting, pricing, and proposal development.
- Creating training programs and marketing materials.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- A bachelor's degree (law degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of legal experience and familiarity with legal technology.
- Project management and/or knowledge management certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A "go-getter" attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independantly and proactively
