As a Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate, some of your daily duties will include picking and packing customer orders, ensuring packages are shipped accurately and timely, and receiving/organizing shipments that come in from our various manufacturers.

Tasks Include:

  • Efficiently Pick, Prepare, & Ship Customer Orders with Commitment to Exceeding Customer Expectations in Quality and Delivery Speed
  • Acquire Comprehensive Knowledge of and Effectively Utilize Inventory Management System for Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Assist with Weekly Cycle Counting Tasks to Ensure Inventory Management System Accuracy
  • Assist with Quarterly Inventory Counts
  • Maintain Inventory of Shipping Materials & Supplies, Ensuring Shelves are Stocked with Packing Materials & Supplies
  • Scan Incoming & Outgoing Inventory Utilizing Inventory Management System
  • Receive, Organize, & Verify Incoming Product Shipments from Our Various Manufacturers Against Purchase Orders
  • Sort, Organize & Place Inventory in Proper Warehouse Location
  • Perform General Warehouse Duties Including Ensuring Safe, Organized, & Efficient Work Areas, Assembling Small Items, Preparing & Palletizing Boxes, and Product Labeling
  • Actively Work as Team-Player to Accomplish Team Goals


Qualification Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Using Computers, iPads, and New Technology
  • Ability to Learn Company’s Software for Inventory & Order Fulfillment
  • Ability to Prioritize, Multi-Task, Plan Ahead, & Effectively Meet Shipping Deadlines
  • Proficiency in Basic Math Skills Including Counting, Adding, & Subtracting Quickly and Accurately
  • Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Meet Physical Demands, Stand for Long Periods of Time, & Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Punctual & Reliable
  • Previous Warehouse Experience
  • Picking & Packing Experience Preferred, but Not Necessary
  • Forklift Experience is a PLUS (in-house forklift training/certification offered)

This is a full-time, entry-level position, starting at $16.50/hr-$17.50/hr based on experience with guaranteed full time hours weekly. All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing which includes a background check and drug screen.
